    Confidentiality is a priority. Your sessions and the information you share are kept strictly confidential within legal and ethical limits. I adhere to professional standards to ensure your privacy and trust.
  • How do I start the counseling process?
    To start counseling, simply reach out via phone or email to schedule an initial appointment. You can also schedule an initial free consultation right here on my website. I'll guide you through the process, answer any questions you have, and assist you in setting up your first session.
  • How long will I need to be in counseling?
    The duration of counseling varies based on your goals and progress. Some clients find relief in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. My focus is on your well-being and growth.
  • Is virtual/online counseling available?
    I primarily offer in person sessions but can discuss virtual options on an as needed basis.
  • How long does a counseling session last?
    Sessions typically last around 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged for more intensive work, but our aim is to find a duration that's effective and fits into your schedule.
  • What can I expect from mental health counseling?
    I offer a safe and confidential space for you to discuss your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. We'll work collaboratively to explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and facilitate personal growth.

  • How much does counseling cost, and is it covered by insurance?
    My fee is 250 NIS per session and I do not currently accept insurance.

    I am equipped to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, trauma, and more. I tailor our approach to your unique needs.
